RealPage Screening first encounter.
Hey everyone,
I was apartment hunting last week and found what seemed like the perfect place. Great location, good price, you know the drill. But when I started the application process, they mentioned RealPage Screening. Now, I consider myself pretty savvy in these questions, but this was a whole new thing for me.
I did some research (check it out https://spacecoastdaily.com/2024/02/what-is-realpage-screening/) and that information at least gave me an understanding of what RealPage Screening is.
Your turn guys, has anyone here dealt with RealPage Screening before? What's the deal with it? How does it work? Do they dig into your entire life history or just the basics?
I want to make sure I get this apartment. So, if any of you have been through this, I could really use some guidance. Thanks!
